spatial@linkedscience is a community-driven effort to create methods, vocabularies, tools and data for showing how and why spatial information can efficiently be used in scientific settings.
As a first major step we have developed this access point to (almost) all papers ever published in the major Geographic Information conferences: GIScience, COSIT, ACM GIS, and AGILE. The result can be explored using this website developed by Carsten Keßler, Krzysztof Janowicz and Tomi Kauppinen.
The data used by this website is also available for anyone to analyze, visualize and link to via dereferenceable URIs. The SPARQL endpoint to query the data is abvailable at http://spatial.linkedscience.org/sparql (sample query).
We are happy about any feedback, suggestions for improvements, bug reports, etc. Please use the input field at the bottom of LinkedScience.org/spatial for any feedback, or feel free to get in touch with any of us directly.
